About the job Communication Assistant

Requirements:

1. To manage and grow the Banyan Living portfolio via effective use of TimeShareWare and other databases.
2. To create, co-ordinate and/or reply to external communications from all stakeholders ensuring the tone of the brand and best interests of Banyan Living are always represented.
3. To support the guest-facing image of Banyan Living, including support of visibility via Marketing or Revenue channels.

Specific Skills:

1. Create an annual calendar of communications
2. Communication to Unit Owners
3. Reply to general communications received via Banyan Living channels
4. Management of databases
5. Solicitation of owners including handover listings and transition of existing Laguna database
6. Preparation of correspondence to any required party including newsletters
7. Understanding of Owner Financial Statements and assisting to communicate these to owners
8. Review pre-arrival communications by Global Customer Service (GCS)
9. Communication with Estate Management Body (EMB)
10. Communication with Condominium Juristic Person (CJP)
11. Supporting e-Commerce and Revenue functions as required
12. Any other tasks as specified by Department Head
