Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all pest control operations across assigned properties, ensuring services are carried out safely, effectively, and in full compliance with company standards, estate regulations, and health & safety requirements

This role supervises pest control contractors, conducts regular site inspections, escorts contractors within owner properties when required, monitors service quality, identifies potential risks, and ensures timely reporting and follow-up of issues to maintain a safe, hygienic, and pest- free environment for residents.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the position provides administrative support to LSPM by coordinating utilities bill collection and supporting related administrative tasks. The supervisor plays a key role in ensuring effective coordination between LSPM and the Accounting team contributing to smooth estate operations, accurate billing processes, and timely financial administration.

Key Result Areas:

Pest Control Operations

  • Ensure effective pest control operations in compliance with safety, health, and

      hygiene standards

  • Supervise daily pest control activities and monitor technician and contractor

      performance.

  • Plan, schedule, and implement preventive pest control programs for assigned

      properties.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and take corrective and preventive actions as

      required. Maintain accurate records of pest control services, chemical usage, 

      and inspection reports.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments and estate teams to support integrated pest management.
  • Train, guide, and support pest control staff to ensure consistent service quality and compliance.

Administrative & Utilities Support

  • Collect utilities bills (PWA, PEA, and related services) and submit to the Accounting team according to schedule 
  • Support the Accounting team to ensure utilities bill payments are processed accurately and on time 
  • Monitor utilities billing status, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure no services are missed or delayed. 
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to LSPM and Accounting on service schedules billing status, and follow-up actions. 
  • Support Accounting with utilities bill payments at PWA and PEA offices when required.
