Job Title: Human Capital Communications & Media Officer

Location: Laguna Resort & Hotels

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Media Design

  • Design posters, banners, and other creative materials for HC announcements and internal campaigns.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during HC events, onboarding sessions, training, and employee activities.
  • Edit and produce video content for internal communications, onboarding, training, and employer branding.
  • Develop engaging content for internal communication platforms (e.g., newsletters, intranet, LINE OA).
  • Support content creation for social media and external employer branding channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).

Employer Branding & Communication

  • Collaborate with the HC team to craft compelling content that showcases company culture, employee stories, and workplace values.
  • Support the development of communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and employer visibility.
  • Maintain a photo and video library for HR and company use.

HR Event Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing HC-led events such as team-building activities, employee recognition events, CSR programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide on-site support during events for media capture and coordination.
  • Create post-event highlights, recaps, and reports as needed.

General HR Support

  • Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing welcome materials and digital content for new hires.
  • Support training sessions by creating or managing presentation materials, media, or digital handouts.
  • Help maintain HC documents, templates, and digital content files.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, videography, or a related role (experience in HR is a plus).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HC and other departments.
