Customer Relations Executive (Russian Language Specialist)
Requirements:
To provide, coordinate, and assist owners, clients, and guests of Lifestyle Services with their inquiries regarding Laguna in general as part of the after sales service. This could include: finance related or legal related or estate management related or property services related or after sales promotions related – in which case you will act as coordinator with the relevant party for the information.
Work may include in person service at the Lifestyle HUB , emails, phone calls, or other social media network, etc. The position may require work on a weekend day and possibly at night (during emergency period)
Specific Skills:
Hands-on experience in a similar position with good service mind. Have good communication skills and ability to actively listen to client requests and needs along with being organized and capable of managing timely requests and follow-ups.
Ensures good quality of services and hospitality within Lifestyle Services Hub department, Capable of handling stressful situations well. Works well alone as well as part of a larger team.
