QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Location: Al Rayyan
• Duration: 2 Months, Extendable
• Start Date: Immediate

Minimum Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in infrastructure and road projects *
• Ashghal * approval and relevant Ashghal project experience are mandatory.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven experience in quantity take-off, measurement, and BOQ preparation
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering *.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and project documents.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying and engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, measurements, and project documentation

Scope of Work

• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and project documents
• Prepare, review, and verify quantities and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Support the project team with quantity-related requirements, variations, and revisions
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Construction teams as required.
