Must know Hindi language

-Must have 5+ years of experience in Hardscape and Landscape.

-Location: Al Watan

-Duration: 1 month, Extendable

-Valid QID is a must*

-Should be available in Qatar

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for landscape and hardscape designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Prepare site plans, grading plans, irrigation layouts, paving patterns, and planting layouts as per project requirements. Coordinate with architects, landscape designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.
• Interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings to integrate landscape and hardscape elements effectively. 
• Assist in material selection, preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimation for landscape and hardscape elements. 
• Ensure drawings adhere to local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines. 
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and design updates.
