We are seeking a Part-Time Family Medicine Physician who is energized by both patient care and clinical leadership—someone who wants to make a meaningful impact not only on patients, but on the team delivering that care.

Whether you prefer being onsite daily, every other day, or offering a mix of in-person and remote support, we'll build the role around your strengths and availability.

Your Role

• Provide high-quality, relationship-centered care to your own panel of patients
• Support and collaborate with a team of three APPs, including a Lead FNP
• Serve as a go-to resource for complex cases and clinical guidance
• Offer real-time consultation (in-person and/or by phone) to enhance team confidence and patient outcomes
• Provide oversight and performance evaluations for the Lead APP
• Help refine clinical workflows and contribute to practice growth

Who You Are

• Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
• Experienced in primary care
• Passionate about Lifestyle Medicine and whole-person care
• A natural mentor and collaborator who enjoys supporting APPs
• Flexible, self-directed, and team-oriented
• A strong communicator who values connection, education, and trust
