Patients from across the U.S. and around the world come to Tysons, VA to experience her boutique-level care and expertise.

We are looking for a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Injections Reception Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact in a busy, high-end oculofacial plastic surgery and aesthetics practice (injectables and aesthetic lasers), where every interaction shapes the patient experience.

As the face of our office, you will set the tone by creating a warm, welcoming, and polished environment. You'll ensure smooth front office operations while helping us deliver the exceptional, personalized care that our patients expect and deserve.

Schedule: Flexible this position may be structured as full-time or part-time (3 days per week: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday).

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process
• Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency
• Answer phones and handle injectables scheduling
• Manage patient email inbox and respond to inquiries
• Provide guidance on pre- and post-injection care
• Fill schedule openings and manage the waitlist
• Ensure patient consents are signed and log patient notes in EMR
• Make post-injection check-in calls to patients
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting
• Serve coffee and tea to patients
• Take Before & After photos
• Prepare patient gift bags and manage supply stocking
• Support the team with additional office tasks as needed

What Were Looking For

• Experience in aesthetics or luxury hospitality (preferred)
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software to include EMR systems and Square / payment processing systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A polished, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
• Reliability, energy, and a strong work ethic
• A genuine commitment to going above and beyond for patients and teammates
