The Opportunity

You will play a key strategic and operational role, partnering closely with leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance.

What You'll Do
Human Resources Leadership
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across a growing healthcare organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and minimize organizational risk
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with our recruitment consultant to execute hiring strategies
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience
- Support workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and terminations
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures
- Oversee benefits administration, including insurance and retirement plans (401k)
- Partner with leadership on compensation strategy and workforce budgeting
- Oversee payroll processes for staff and providers
Employee Experience & Relations
- Foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Lead performance management processes, including annual reviews
- Support engagement initiatives and employee development programs
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and organizational charts
- Ensure proper documentation across the employee lifecycle
- Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Conduct job analyses, compensation surveys, and training programs
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience (healthcare experience a plus)
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR), preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee relations
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
