Our private, well-established Internal Medicine practice has been serving Northern Virginia for over 30 years, providing high-quality, personalized primary care to patients 14 and older. Patients from across the region trust our practice for preventive care, women's and men's health, and medical weight loss. We are proud to run an old-school, relationship-focused practice where every patient is heard, valued, and treated as an individual.
We are transitioning to a concierge medicine model and we are excited to welcome a new provider to manage and care for our non-concierge patient population. We are seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - to join our close-knit team. Initially, our APP will 2 or 3 days per week with the opportunity to work full-time in the future, if desired.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care: assess needs, order/interpret tests, diagnose, educate, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals
- Partner closely with supervising physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical record system
- Foster trusted relationships with patients and their families

What Were Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Virginia NP or PA license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-directed, flexible, and collaborative team player
- Enthusiastic about career development and delivering outstanding care
Compensation: $55 - $65 per hour, commensurate with experience
