As Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive, high-performing culture while designing and leading HR programs that support continued growth. You will partner closely with physician owners and senior leadership to develop scalable HR infrastructure, guide talent strategy, and ensure best-in-class employment practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, ensuring consistent and effective HR policies and programs
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding for staff and physicians
- Oversee benefits strategy, education, enrollment, and leave management (FMLA, disability, workers compensation)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and employment regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, DOL, OSHA, etc.)
- Proactively manage employee relations, coaching leaders toward effective problem resolution
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends and recommend competitive, sustainable programs
- Direct staff training, counseling, corrective action, and performance management
- Lead and continuously improve the annual performance appraisal process
- Manage relationships with strategic vendor partners
- Oversee the onboarding process for practices acquired through company acquisitions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and seamless integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience with strength in recruitment, benefits, and employee relations
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to support multiple office locations
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in onboarding new practices or teams resulting from company acquisitions is highly desirable.
