We are a busy Women's Health practice seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Working Supervisor to help lead our team and keep our office running seamlessly every day.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance team supervision with daily operational support. You'll be the heartbeat of the office—ensuring both staff and patients have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front and back office staff
  • Step in and assist with front office duties as needed
  • Oversee scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and pre-authorizations
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies
  • Lead staff training, performance reviews, and address disciplinary matters
  • Troubleshoot basic computer/operational issues
  • Manage inventory and office supplies
  • Serve as liaison with EMR vendor, consultants, and external partners
  • Maintain a smooth, efficient, and patient-friendly office environment
