What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in both clinical care and patient experience:

• Welcome, room, and triage patients with warmth and professionalism
• Record vital signs and document accurately in the EMR
• Keep patient flow running efficiently throughout the day
• Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms
• Communicate with patients—return calls and address clinical questions
• Administer injections and coordinate medication delivery
• Manage prior authorizations and specialty referrals
• Handle lab orders, specimen processing, and diagnostic logistics
• Support providers and teammates with day-to-day clinical needs

What You Bring

• Medical Assistant experience preferred—but we'll train the right person
• Comfort with computers and electronic medical records
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• A positive, outgoing personality
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
