We need an exceptional Patient Service Representative to manage inbound / outbound calls, schedule patients, mange patient flow, demonstrate superior customer service, be a collaborative team player and tackle all tasks with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Answer all calls in a timely fashion.

• Schedule appointments following appropriate guidelines to maximize schedule density.

• Address any and all patient questions and concerns.

• Communicate clearly with patients and staff.

• Obtaining proper forms for patient registration.

• Entering demographics and payment information.

• Other general office duties as required.

• Adhere to all Aesthetic Center of Richmond Dermatology's policies and procedures.

• Consistently demonstrate a commitment to effective customer service, the practices mission and values and conduct her/himself in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication (oral and written) skills.

• Excellent Customer Service acumen.
