We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our well-established, private specialty practice. In this role, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be versatile, able to step into various roles as needed, and will possess strong management abilities to make sound judgments and quick decisions to maintain efficient office operations. Medical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
As Office Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and direction to administrative and clinical staff, handling the following key responsibilities:
- Work closely with providers to optimize patient care and maintain smooth daily operations.
- Manage all scheduling needs, including physician availability, on-call rotations, and patient and staff appointments.
- Foster and maintain a positive, collaborative workplace culture among team members.
- Respond to and resolve patient and family concerns promptly and thoroughly.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate staff performance through regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, including consultants, IT support, and other vendors.
- Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to ensure the office runs effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a medical office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and EHR
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in handling issues
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective multitasking and time-management skills with prioritization capabilities
Schedule: Monday Friday, 830 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
