In this key leadership role, you will oversee the front desk and patient service coordinator staff, ensuring smooth coordination between the front office and back office clinical teams. You'll set the tone for exceptional customer service, foster a positive and efficient work environment, and help deliver the best experience possible for our patients and staff.
What You'll Do:
As our Front Office Supervisor, you will provide leadership, supervision, and direction to the office staff with responsibilities including:
- Creating and promoting a positive, collaborative work culture for all staff members.
- Addressing and resolving patient and family concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coaching, counseling, and managing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting evaluations.
- Collaborating closely with providers to ensure efficient patient care and smooth workflow.
- Supporting seamless daily front office operations with a hands-on approach.
You will also oversee and guide the daily duties of the front office team, which include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Scheduling patient appointments to optimize provider schedules.
- Handling patient inquiries with clarity, compassion, and accuracy.
- Verifying insurance, assisting with patient registration, and ensuring accurate demographic and payment information.
- Performing general office tasks to maintain smooth, organized operations.
- Upholding the practices mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
