Our well-established, regionally respected Family Medicine practice is looking for a full-time, licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join our close-knit care team.
We are an independent, private practice serving the Albemarle area of northeastern North Carolina, dedicated to caring for our patients through every stage of life. With two physicians and one PA, we take an interactive, patient-centered approach that emphasizes preventive care, health education, care coordination, and empowering our patients to actively participate in their care decisions.
We are transitioning to a concierge medicine model and we are excited to welcome a new provider to manage and care for our non-concierge patient population. You'll step into a full patient panel, ready and waiting for the right candidate.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care: assess needs, order/interpret tests, diagnose, educate, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals
- Partner closely with supervising physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manage medications and prescriptions for our addiction medicine patients
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical record system
- Foster trusted relationships with patients and their families

What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina PA license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-directed, flexible, and collaborative team player
- Enthusiastic about career development and delivering outstanding care
- Ability to counsel patients effectively on medical, psychological, and behavioral health concerns

Compensation: $105,000 to $130,000 plus bonus (depending upon experience)
