Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing healthcare practice. This role is critical in ensuring the business runs smoothly encompassing accounting, HR, workflow optimization and data reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a problem-solving mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & HR Processes:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice tracking and expense reimbursement & reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly financial reporting, benefit reconciliation, vendor management and budget tracking.
  • Submit business licensure and filings as needed.
  • Process payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate onboarding, oversee credentialing and maintain HR records in compliance with regulations and policy.

Business Analysis, Reporting & Operations:

  • Collect, analyze and report operational and financial metrics to support productivity and performance monitoring.
  • Audit data for integrity and compliance.
  • Document and improve clinic workflows and administrative processes to enhance patient experience and staff efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee provider schedule.

Ad Hoc Projects:

  • Provide analytical support for special initiatives, such as new service lines, system upgrades or compliance reviews.
  • Assist with research, policy drafting and coordination of cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years senior or manager role in operations, business analysis or administration in a patient care delivery setting
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ideally AthenaHealth
  • Analytical and quality-focused
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft 365 products
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday

Compensation: Competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
