Our thriving private practice is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to be a key player in our in-office laboratory. Under the leadership of our Lab Director, you will play a vital role in performing essential Hematology, Chemistry, and Immunoassay testing. Beyond running tests, were looking for someone with the enthusiasm and expertise to help shape, organize, and maintain a high-functioning lab.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct vital tests such as CBCs, Metabolic Panels, and Immunoassays
• Ensure accurate processing, performing, and reporting of test results
• Maintain quality control and lab safety standards
• Keep equipment calibrated and well-maintained
• Help manage inventory and supply orders
• Collaborate with our team to foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered atmosphere

What Were Looking For:

• BS or AAS in Medical Technology (MT or MLT certification preferred) or BS in Biology with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on lab experience
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills we want a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
