Universal Health Corporation is looking for a highly-organized and conscientious person to serve as the Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support the President / Chief Medical Director (CMD) of the company with whom the role will have frequent communication and interaction. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, communicate clearly and effectively and have a meticulous attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Maintain CMDs schedule and reminders, including day to day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities

· Schedule all meetings and travel for the CMD communicating all relevant details; manage travel itineraries and coordinate air travel, ground transportation, lodging, meals and meeting reservations, booking activities.

· Coordinate and execute on and offsite meetings and events. Attend meetings as time permits and keep minutes as required.

· Compose step-by-step itineraries correspondence, presentations, memos and various reports for the CMD.

· Create content for Board meetings. This includes proofreading, attention to accuracy, and ensuring professionalism of all materials and presentations.

· Prepare agendas, documents, PowerPoint presentations / slide decks and expense reports.

· Assist CMD in tracking key operational and productivity metrics by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, running monthly reports and coordinating information retrieval.

· Independently perform special projects that require a combined knowledge of administrative needs and technical operations.

· Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of personal and company information.

· Operate independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

· Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with a high sense of urgency

· Ability to show and demonstrate on a consistent basis initiative, professionalism, poise and flexibility and work within an environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

· Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail

· Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion

· Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor

Required Education/Experience:

· Bachelors degree, preferred

· 2+ years of related experience working in an executive assistant role
