Dr. Maryam Nazemzadeh, better known as Dr. Naz, has quickly earned a national and international reputation for her artistry in cosmetic eye surgery and injectables, and for her unparalleled eye for beauty. Patients from across the U.S. and around the world come to Tysons, VA to experience her boutique-level care and expertise.

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetician to join our team. Our practice offers a full spectrum of advanced cosmetic treatments using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and medical-grade skin care. With a suite of lasers for face, neck, and body rejuvenation including Clear + Brilliant and Morpheus8 we are seeking a professional with hands-on experience using these devices.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design individualized care plans for each patient.
• Deliver professional facial, body, and laser treatments within your licensure.
• Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic services: facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, mesoneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, skin tightening, resurfacing, and body contouring.
• Educate clients on treatment options and medical-grade skin care.
• Promote products, services, and packages that support clients long-term skin health and wellness goals.
• Actively support practice-wide efforts to grow and promote services.

Schedule

• We have availability for 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday), with flexibility for all evenings (4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) or weekends if desired. We will work with you to create a schedule that works best!
• Opportunity for full-time, daytime hours as the practice expands.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive, flexible pay structure - hourly plus commission or commission-only, depending on your experience and preference.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Aesthetician license with 2+ years of medical aesthetics experience.
• Proficiency with Clear + Brilliant and Morpheus8 lasers (preferred).
• Experience in a plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology setting is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, customer service focus, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Adherence to all cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
