We are a private practice dedicated to keeping seniors healthy by providing in-home care through an interdisciplinary team. As a Receptionist & Clinical Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact, managing front desk duties, clinical intake, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer calls, manage appointments, and maintain the reception area.
  • Address inquiries and provide information on services and policies.

Clinical Intake & Administrative Support

  • Collect and update patient information and insurance details.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, and schedule patient appointments.
  • Maintain medical records and assist with billing and payments.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and privacy policies.
  • Follow organizational procedures to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site role with frequent interaction with clients, patients, and staff.
