Chickahominy Family Practice is seeking a dynamic Assistant Administrator to help drive excellence across our clinical and administrative teams. This is more than a management role—it's a chance to shape the patient experience, empower staff, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality care.

What You'll Do
As Assistant Administrator, you'll be the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. You will:
- Lead and support daily operations across clinical and administrative teams
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members
- Develop job descriptions and optimize workflows for efficiency
- Address and resolve staff concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct employee evaluations and manage performance documentation
- Foster a positive culture through morale-building and retention initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Partner with providers to streamline patient care delivery
- Lead staff and provider meetings and drive meaningful change
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and privacy standards
- Manage patient experience by resolving concerns and improving satisfaction
- Optimize scheduling to reduce wait times and improve flow
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in medical practice or clinic management (required)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- A calm, professional, and team-focused demeanor
