We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our close-knit, collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—with time, intention, and partnership.

You will work side-by-side with our physician, playing a central role in coordinating and delivering exceptional care to a small, dedicated patient panel. Visits are never rushed—appointments are scheduled for 30–60 minutes to allow for thoughtful dialogue and comprehensive care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care—assess, diagnose, order and interpret tests, educate, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with the physician and care team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR
• Build lasting relationships through trust, education, and personalized attention

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 4 or 5 days per week (your choice), 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• No nights. No weekends. No call.
• See approximately 8–12 patients per day
• Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance

What Were Looking For

• Active Arizona NP or PA license
• DEA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Primary care experience preferred; new graduates may apply
• Passion for Primary Care and Wellness Medicine
• Self-directed, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Strong communicator who values patient education and relationship-building
