The Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed, full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates looking for strong mentorship and long-term growth.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

We believe flexibility leads to happier clinicians and better patient care.

  • No weekends
  • Clinics are open until 6:00 p.m. to accommodate working patients
  • Flexible scheduling options, including:
    • Four 10-hour days, or
    • Five 8-hour days, or
    • Three longer days and two shorter days
  • Schedules are designed collaboratively, with the expectation of maintaining coverage through 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions, from simple to complex presentations
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize outcomes
  • Guide patients through their complete rehabilitation journey

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (in good standing)
  • Open to new graduates
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and a passion for patient care

We currently have openings in our Ahwatukee and Tempe clinics within the Phoenix metropolitan area. The area offers exceptional quality of life, including outdoor recreation, hiking, mountain biking, college and professional sports, arts, music, and theater—all with year-round sunshine.
