As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our People & Culture operations and support a fast-paced, creative, and high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the People & Culture Office, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and staff relations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Foster a positive, accountable, and brand-aligned organizational culture across all departments.

  • Work closely with senior management on workforce planning, employee development, and disciplinary processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and performance procedures.

  • Maintain HR records and support audits, documentation, and team communication.

Strict Minimum Requirements Please Read Before Applying

Applicants must meet all the following requirements to be considered:

  1. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  2. Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  3. Fluent in Arabic and English both spoken and written (professional business level).

  4. Strong knowledge of Libyan labor law and standard HR procedures (recruitment, disciplinary actions, performance management, etc.).

  5. Available full-time, Sunday to Thursday, during official business hours.

  6. Must be able to start immediately or within 2 weeks maximum.

  7. Strong digital literacy, with experience using HR systems such as Odoo, Zoho, or similar.

  8. Must have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

  9. Must be based in Tripoli, Libya (or willing to relocate at their own cost).
