The Role
We're looking for a GTM Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our growth engine. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success ensuring we move fast without breaking things, and that our tools, processes, and data all work in harmony.
You'll own the growth tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Hotjar, SimilarWeb, and more), manage lead and funnel operations, define scalable processes, and help every GTM team member operate more effectively. Youll also be responsible for reporting, data quality, and cross-team enablement.

What You'll Do
- Own and evolve our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Hotjar, SimilarWeb, Vendelux, etc.) to support both execution and reporting across marketing, sales, and partnerships
- Build and maintain processes that support lifecycle programs across inbound, outbound, partner, and customer marketing motions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships, and success to ensure workflows, handoffs, and data tracking are clean and consistent
- Train and support teams on system usage, process adoption, and new tool rollouts; serve as the first line of troubleshooting
- Manage reporting infrastructure, build dashboards, and deliver insights on funnel performance, conversion, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI
- Support lead scoring, routing, and segmentation, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent data flow into HubSpot and Salesforce
- Audit and maintain data quality, helping to enforce governance and make sure our data is clean, structured, and trustworthy
- Advise on GTM infrastructure roadmap, identifying gaps, evaluating new tools, and implementing enhancements that improve operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
- 35 years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
- Deep understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot is a must) and CRM best practices (Salesforce a plus)
- Experience with tools like Chili Piper, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other funnel optimization and GTM analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work with data in Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools and turn it into actionable insights
- Proven ability to build and document processes, manage cross-functional requests, and train non-technical users
- Familiarity with B2B demand generation, inbound/outbound campaigns, and lead lifecycle tracking
- Comfortable balancing competing priorities from different teams and managing up to ensure accountability
