In this role, your focus will be on leading and scaling recruitment operations, strategizing growth initiatives, evaluating candidate quality, and ensuring top-notch delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and optimize recruitment operations across the organization.
Define and execute strategies to grow the company’s talent operations and client base.
Plan and implement processes to ensure efficient candidate evaluation and delivery.
Monitor KPIs and improve operational performance for the recruiting function.
Candidate Evaluation & Quality Control
Assess candidate profiles to ensure they meet client requirements.
Maintain high standards of candidate quality and client satisfaction.
Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
Business Growth & Client Management
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and attract new business.
Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on talent strategy and hiring priorities.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in recruitment or talent operations.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client management abilities.
Experience leading small teams or managing processes preferred.
Compensation
60,000 INR monthly
