About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Operations Lead to take full ownership of how our teams function. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building systems from scratch, hiring key team members, and managing all aspects of team operationsfrom workflows to reporting.

You won’t just keep the wheels turning. You’ll design the engine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and Optimize Operational Processes

  • Design, document, and continuously improve internal processes across departments

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, automated solutions

  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization

2. Team Structuring & Hiring

  • Define organizational needs based on company goals

  • Collaborate with leadership to create job descriptions and hiring plans

  • Manage the recruitment process in coordination with HR or recruiting partners

  • Onboard new team members into smooth operational systems

3. Reporting & Metrics Management

  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track team performance and project status

  • Provide regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations

  • Ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization

4. Cross-functional Team Management

  • Act as the operations point of contact for all internal departments

  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and leadership

  • Resolve operational issues quickly and with minimal friction

5. Daily Oversight & Execution

  • Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely delivery

  • Allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and manage team dependencies

  • Step in to support execution when necessary, especially in high-priority or time-sensitive situations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or team leadership

  • Proven success in building and optimizing business operations or team systems

  • Strong hiring and team-building experience across diverse roles

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and reports (Excel, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools)

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make decisions quickly

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira)

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment is a strong plus

  • Bonus: Background in people operations, HR, or technical teams in recruitment agency.
