Qualifications

• Production-grade Python 5 + yrs
  Modular packaging, type hints, thorough unit/integration tests.
  
  

• ML in Production / MLOps 3 + yrs
  Experience releasing and monitoring models with clear SLAs and rollback plans.
  
  

• Evaluation & Testing of ML/LLMs 1 + yr
  Built or integrated an evaluation harness (e.g., MLflow evals, LangSmith, PromptLayer, RAGAS, Truelens) and used it to gate production releases.
  
  

• Core ML Fundamentals 2 + yrs
  Practical experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow; capable of diagnosing bias/variance and metric issues.
  
  

• LLM Application Literacy 1 + yr
  Shipped a production LLM feature (Hugging Face / OpenAI / LangChain / LiteLLM) and understands prompt engineering and RAG basics.

Nice to haves:

• Experience reading and implementing academic ML/AI papers

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.)

• Exposure to TypeScript (for possible backend/infra collaboration)
