Behavioral Science Intern

About the Role:

We are launching an evidence-based coaching program and are looking for a motivated Behavioral Science Intern to help us design, test, and optimize interventions. You’ll work alongside program leadership to translate behavioral research into practical tools that actually help people change habits and make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and summarize evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Assist in designing experiments or pilot interventions for the program.

Collect and analyze data on program outcomes.

Help ensure all coaching content is scientifically grounded.

Contribute ideas for new interventions, with guidance from leadership.

Requirements:

Studying or recently graduated in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, or related field.

Strong curiosity about human behavior and habit formation.

Basic familiarity with research methods and statistics.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to admit when something doesn’t work and pivot.

Bonus:

Experience with habit tracking, nudges, or applied behavioral projects.

Interest in coaching or education.
