We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support and Social Media Assistant to manage client interactions, reply to comments/messages, and help with social media content creation and uploads. A mix of beginner-level design knowledge and communication skills is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries via social media, email, and comments.

  • Cold Calling to international clients.

  • Handle DMs and maintain positive engagement with followers.

  • Create simple graphics/posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.

  • Schedule and upload posts to Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

  • Report on social media activity and feedback trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Express.

  • Experience managing social media accounts is a plus.

  • Friendly, patient, and professional tone in customer interactions.

  • Strong English spoken skills
