PRE-HIRING AGREEMENT
This Pre-Hiring Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all individuals applying for a role with Latamrecruit ("the Company"). By submitting an application, the applicant ("the Candidate") agrees to comply with the responsibilities, expectations, and terms described herein.
1. Purpose
This Agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities of the Candidate during the pre-hiring phase, prior to a formal offer of employment or engagement. This Agreement is not an employment contract and does not guarantee a position but serves as an initial step in the hiring process.
2. Term
This Agreement shall remain effective for two (2) weeks from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier by either party in writing.
3. Candidate Responsiveness
The Candidate agrees to remain available, responsive, and communicative during the pre-hiring period. This includes:
Responding to emails or messages from the Company within 24 hours.
Attending scheduled interviews or meetings.
Providing any required documents or information promptly upon request.
Notifying the Company in case of unavailability in advance.
Failure to maintain adequate communication may result in termination of this pre-hiring relationship without further notice.
4. Confidentiality
The Candidate agrees to keep all information shared by the Company during the pre-hiring process confidential. This includes any client information, hiring process details, internal processes, or other non-public information.
5. No Obligation
This Agreement does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee any role or engagement. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the pre-hiring process at any time without providing a reason.
6. Next Steps – VIP Applicant Program Service Agreement
If the Candidate is approved by the client after the initial evaluation phase, the Company will proceed to offer the VIP Applicant Program Service Agreement, which will detail the terms of the formal engagement or placement. No engagement or services shall begin until that agreement is signed and executed.
7. Non-Compete & Exclusivity
During the term of this Agreement, the Candidate agrees not to pursue employment or engagement with the same client or clients introduced by the Company without prior written consent. Any breach of this clause may result in legal action.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
10. Consent Through Application
By applying for this role and submitting your application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Pre-Hiring Agreement.
