About the Role:

Our client in Japan is seeking skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with expertise in CAD, Catia V5, Embedded Systems, and IoT to contribute to innovative engineering projects in Japans advanced manufacturing and technology sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside Japanese and international teams on high-impact design, development, and system integration work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and optimize mechanical or electrical systems using CAD and Catia V5

* Participate in projects involving Embedded Systems and IoT applications

* Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation

* Collaborate effectively with Japanese and multinational project teams

* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

* Support product lifecycle processes from concept through deployment

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

* Minimum 1+ of professional experience in CAD, Catia V5, Embedded Systems, or IoT

* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

* Ability to adapt to Japanese work culture and operate effectively in a multicultural team. 

* Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Japan

Language: Must know Japanese JLPT N4 or above

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in 3D modeling, simulation tools, and electrical system design

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and product lifecycle management

* Prior exposure to cross-border or international engineering projects
