Role Overview

Our client is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers / Home Carers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living. The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, responsible, and committed to maintaining clients' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
• Assist with washing, dressing, mobility, meals, and medication as required.
• Monitor clients' wellbeing and report changes appropriately.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily documentation.
• Follow individual care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and care teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care, healthcare, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and nights where required.
• Relevant UK-recognised care qualification is an advantage.
