Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a  Associate - Strategy Consultant 
Candidate will be responsible in playing  central role in delivering high-impact projects across financial services, fintech, and public sector and work on diverse topics, collaborate with a driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and oversee analytical tasks such as data gathering, financial and operational analysis and competitive benchmarking.

- Lead workstream or small teams when needed, working closely with clients to co-create, refine and implement actionable recommendations.

- Support business development through proposal writing, pitch preparation, and developing case materials.

- Contribute to internal and external knowledge-building efforts, including thought-leadership, frameworks, and research papers.

 Engage in firm-building activities such as recruiting, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting training initiatives.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, or a related field
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-starter who can prioritize effectively and thrive in dynamic environment
