Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: ONSITE Karachi near Saddr

Timings: Bahrain workings days (friday and Sat off) and time 

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Role Overview

Our Client is a forward-thinking organisation seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Business Analyst to join their growing team on a fully remote, full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making by conducting comprehensive research on products and services, synthesising complex findings into structured insights, and delivering high-impact presentations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and methodical research on products, services, competitors, and market trends to generate actionable business insights.
• Analyse and interpret complex data sets, identifying patterns, opportunities, and areas of strategic importance to the business.
• Translate research findings into well-structured, visually compelling, and professionally delivered presentations tailored to the target audience.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations with clarity and confidence to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, product evaluation, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of research methodologies, analytical frameworks, findings, and recommendations for future reference.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analysis, research, or related role.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information clearly.
• Proficient in creating professional presentations using PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
• Highly organised, self-managed, and dependable in a fully remote working environment.
• Consulting background is highly desirable candidates with Big Four experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous research work and presentations is mandatory candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
