Job Summary

Our client is seeking Arabic-speaking Technical Analysts with strong experience in Temenos T24 / Transact to support technical analysis, system configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and implementation activities within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements related to T24/Transact.
• Support T24 application configuration and customization.
• Work with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
• Support interfaces between T24 and external banking systems.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and support change management.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong T24/Temenos Transact experience.
• Banking or financial services background.
• Knowledge of T24 architecture, interfaces, and integration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to work onsite in Kuwait.
