Position: Outbound Sales Representative Real Estate (UAE Properties)

Location: Remote (must be based in the United States) 

Job Summary
Our client is  looking for an English fluent, confident outbound sales professional to call prospective buyers in the United States and promote premium residential/commercial properties in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, etc.). The role focuses on generating interest, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our UAE sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold outbound calls to US prospects sourced from CRM/lead lists.
- Pitch UAE property highlights (luxury villas, apartments, investment plots).
- Qualify leads (budget, timeline, preferences) and schedule qualified appointments for the UAE sales team.
- Log every interaction in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) with accurate notes.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets (e.g., 80100 calls, 1015 qualified appointments).
- Follow up on warm leads via email or SMS (provided templates).
- Track performance metrics: conversion rate, call duration, appointment set ratio.
- Maintain a professional, friendly tone and adhere to TCPA/FCC compliance.

Required Qualifications
Fluency in English (native or near native). Arabic is a plus but not required.
- 2+ years outbound B2C/B2B sales experience (real estate, SaaS, insurance, or similar).
- Proven track record of meeting/ exceeding appointment setting KPIs.
- Comfortable with night shift (US EST/EDT hours, 5pm2amPakistan time).
- Reliable highspeed internet, headset, and quiet work environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) training provided if needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
