Job Objective
Our client is seeking a Regulatory Data Analytics Consultant to support the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in implementing a regulatory analytics framework using Incorta. The role involves translating prudential rules, KRIs, and supervisory metrics into actionable dashboards and data models.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret CMA Prudential Rules, Basel III, and related frameworks

Define and validate KRIs, capital adequacy, liquidity, and exposure thresholds

Map regulatory metrics to Incorta data schemas and models

Build dashboards and formula columns in collaboration with the technical team

Ensure regulatory alignment with compliance, risk, and audit mandates

Document all data logic, KPIs, and lineage for audit readiness

Train internal users on dashboard navigation (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of CMA, SAMA, or Basel III frameworks

Proven experience mapping transactional data to KPIs and risk indicators

Hands-on experience with Incorta (preferred) or Power BI / Tableau / Qlik

Prior involvement in regulatory audit documentation

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Experience working with regulators, financial institutions, or public sector (KSA/GCC)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
