Job Title: Snagging Inspector

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

Our client is  seeking an experienced Snagging Inspector to join their team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting snagging inspections on residential and commercial properties, identifying construction defects, and preparing detailed reports.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct snagging inspections on residential and commercial properties

- Identify construction defects, finishing issues, and MEP snags

- Prepare detailed snagging reports with photographs and clear descriptions

- Communicate with developers, contractors, and consultants

- Work independently and meet inspection deadlines

Requirements:

- Minimum UAE experience in snagging inspections and construction

- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property inspections

- Hands-on experience in identifying construction defects and snags

- Valid UAE driving license

- Strong communication and reporting skills

- Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Electrical Engineering/Diploma or related technical qualification

- Experience in handover inspections, DLP inspections, and pre-handover snagging

- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
