Position Title: Senior GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Lead

Location: Fully Remote (Pakistani nationals preferred)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Role Overview

Our Client is urgently seeking a Senior GRC Lead to drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep GRC expertise, a strong implementation track record, and the ability to lead a small delivery team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end GRC framework implementation and risk assessment programmes.

- Develop and maintain governance policies, risk registers, and compliance documentation.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks across business functions.

- Guide and mentor junior GRC team members throughout project delivery.

- Engage with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and compliance requirements.

- Ensure all deliverables align with relevant regulatory and industry standards.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5 or more years of hands-on GRC implementation and risk management experience.

- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards.

- Relevant GRC certification is mandatory.

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability.

- Pakistani nationals preferred; other nationalities welcome.
