Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Lead – GRC

Location: Fully Remote (Pakistani nationals preferred)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Role Overview

Our Client is urgently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Lead with strong GRC module expertise to drive enterprise-level implementations remotely. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in ServiceNow GRC within the banking or financial services sector and is ready to lead a small delivery team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a primary focus on the GRC module.

Mentor and oversee junior consultants throughout project delivery.

Configure and customise ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, and related modules to meet business requirements.

Manage stakeholder relationships, project scope, and delivery milestones.

Ensure all platform configurations align with banking sector compliance and ITIL best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

5 or more years of ServiceNow implementation experience.

Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) module is mandatory.

Banking or financial services sector background is strongly preferred.

Valid ServiceNow Certification is mandatory.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pakistani nationals preferred; other nationalities welcome.
