Job Summary

Our client is  seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to transform business data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience with modern data and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand analytical requirements.
• Prepare data visualizations and performance reports.
• Support data-driven business strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
• Understanding of databases, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
