Job Title: Snagging Inspector
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
Our client is  seeking an experienced Snagging Inspector to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, electrical engineering, or a related field, with a focus on snagging inspections and defect identification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify construction defects and snags

- Prepare detailed reports with photographs and clear descriptions of defects

- Collaborate with developers, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues

- Work independently to meet inspection deadlines

- Utilize knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum UAE experience in snagging inspections and construction

- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property inspections

- Hands-on experience in identifying construction defects and MEP snags

- Valid UAE driving license

- Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Background:

- Electrical Engineering/Diploma or related technical qualification

- Experience in handover inspections, DLP inspections, and pre-handover snagging

- Familiarity with developers, contractors, and consultants in the UAE
