Job Summary:

Our client is  hiring a Civil Estimation Engineer/Sr. Cost Controller with experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project drawings & specs for cost estimation

- Prepare & manage project budgets

- Track costs vs. budgets; report variances

- Support tendering & cost optimization

- Coordinate with project, procurement & finance teams

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying

- Experience in estimation/cost control in construction

- Strong MS Excel & estimation software skills

- Knowledge of cost planning & financial reporting
