Position Title: ATM Software Support Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Contract Type: 1-Year Contract

Role Overview

Our Client is a well-established consulting firm in Saudi Arabia seeking a technically skilled ATM Software Support Specialist with hands-on experience in ATM software systems. The successful candidate will support, maintain, and optimise ATM software operations within a fast-paced banking technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, transaction failures, and system errors.

Monitor ATM network performance and ensure maximum system availability and uptime.

Support ATM software implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments.

Collaborate with banking and IT teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on ATM software configurations and updates.

Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident logs, and support reports.

Ensure all ATM operations comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ATM software support, maintenance, or implementation.

Strong knowledge of ATM transaction processing, switch management, and network operations.

Familiarity with ATM software platforms and banking technology infrastructure.

Experience working within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of banking security protocols, PCI-DSS compliance, and ATM regulatory standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently onsite.

Must be available to work onsite in Riyadh, KSA with valid work authorisation or transferable Iqama.
