Job Summary

Our client is  growing chartered accountant firm in the UAE, serving diverse SME and corporate clients. They are looking for a driven Sales Associate with a proven track record in accounting, audit, and tax consultancy to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients in the UAE market

- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities

- Understand client needs and offer tailored accounting, audit, and tax solutions

- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent client service

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of sales experience in accounting, audit, or tax consultancy in the UAE

- Strong understanding of UAE business environment, regulations, and market trends

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English & Arabic preferred)

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a growth-oriented environment

- Driving license (must)

- Based in UAE
