SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – BANKING & IT | EGYPT/KSA

Position Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Based in Egypt (with fortnightly travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Compensation: USD 2,500 gross per month plus 5% commission on each closed contract. Accommodation and air travel fully covered.

Role Overview

Our Client is urgently seeking a driven and commercially sharp Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and grow their KSA sales portfolio in direct collaboration with the CEO. This is a high-visibility role offering significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and performance-based commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute sales strategies targeting the KSA market.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across banking and IT sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Represent the company professionally during fortnightly visits to Riyadh for client meetings and business development activities.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and marketing materials.

Track and report on sales pipeline, targets, and performance metrics to the CEO.

Support brand visibility and marketing initiatives across the KSA market.

Required Experience & Skills

3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience within the banking and/or IT sector.

Proven track record of managing B2B sales cycles and closing contracts.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable working directly with C-suite leadership.

Willingness and ability to travel to Riyadh for two weeks every month — mandatory.

Must be currently based in Egypt with valid residency and right to work; candidates outside Egypt will not be considered.
