Section Head

We are looking for an excellent, well-organized person to manage our Support section .

Job Requirements:

1. BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
   
2. 7+ years of previous experience in a related field, 2-3 years of them as a supervisor.
3. Knowledge of Software development, Windows server(2008/2012/2016), SQL DB & DBA, .NET/IIS, SSL/TLS in
4. Web/App layer, TCP/IP, Internet & Network Technologies
5. Good knowledge in SQL, MySQL, developing and administrating
6. Multi-tasking, Work under pressure
7. Exceptional problem-solving, analysis and troubleshooting skills
8. The ability to provide advice to non-technically aware customers
9. Excellent technical writing and presentation skill's
10. Strong phone contact handling skills and ACTIVE listening. Systematic and well-organized, has the ability to
11. effectively interpret and process a variety of instructions and requests whether verbal or written
12. Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Arabic is a must
13. Willing to work on morning shift (9 am to 6 pm)and be on call night shift (after 6 pm) if needed
